This one is a bit easy.

Explanation

In the list of 100 battles, the furthest battle (the one longest ago) was a victory for Gunko. When she defeated Gaban, that furthest battle was removed from the list, while a new victorious battle was added in. So, one win was taken out and one win was added in.

=> The total number of win remains at 68

=> 100winrate is still 68

Yeah....it's an easy puzzle, maybe a bit too easy. But in the right circumstance, it might not be as easy to figure out. I got the idea for this puzzle from the winrate system in AOV. In the game, there is an option to view your champions' win rates for 100 closest matches (100winrate). When someone wins a game and sees that the 100winrate for a champion hasn't increased, he/she often question it, but many never figured out why. In reality, the answer is so simple.

I sent this to one of my friend whom had this exact question. He solved the puzzle in a minute, but had never answered his own confusion.

Sometimes the solution is easy - we just gotta put in the effort to start.
